Responsibilities
● Be a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional hospitality from inquiry to event day
● Assist with planning and coordinating catered events, ensuring every detail supports a memorable guest experience
● Prepare, present, and follow up on event proposals with a service-oriented, consultative approach
● Book events and build positive client relationships throughout the planning process
● Collect deposits and final payments with professionalism and care
● Prepare and manage event documentation including contracts, invoices, BEOs, and client communications
● Communicate event details, changes, and special requests clearly to all involved teams
● Schedule site visits, meetings, and staffing needs
● Maintain accurate and organized event, client, and payment records
● Support ordering of supplies, and equipment to meet event needs
● Assist with post-event follow-up, billing, and gathering client feedback
● Provide general administrative support while upholding company standards and hospitality values
● Creative social media experience to grow our online presence and engage our community across platforms. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content.
Qualifications
● Part-time or full-time availability
● Previous administrative or office experience preferred
● Experience with QuickBooks is a plus as well as Tripleseat Event Management Software
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Passion for guest experience , hospitality, and food
