Twist Six Events is looking for a Wedding Planning Assistant for this upcoming wedding season from May-October. An ideal candidate would be interested in weddings and a career in the event planning industry! Previous event or customer service experience is preferred. They should have a friendly and outgoing personality, be extremely organized, able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and have a strong attention to detail! The responsibilities of this position include:
* Listen in on final detail calls with couples.
* Attend final site visits at venues.
* Attend ceremony rehearsals as needed.
* Assist in setup of wedding day event design.
* Execute delegated tasks in a timely manner.
* Follow closely the event timeline for the day.
* Assist in cleanup of wedding materials at the end of the night.There is potential for growth in the position for the right candidate!Onsite Attire: All black business attire and will be required to wear a mask at all events
Transportation: Must be able to provide own transportation
Job Type: Part-time – event based
Pay: $20.00 per hour
