About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to manage all aspects of private dining and events, from sales and planning to operations, ensuring guest satisfaction through delivery of a high level of service.
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Event Sales and Operations Manager.
Requirements include
➢ Handling and converting private dining and event inquiries.
➢ Planning events with clients, including menus, timelines and room layouts.
➢ Attending weekly sales and banquet event order (BEO) meetings.
➢ Formulating service plans and timelines and communicating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and production.
➢ Overseeing event preparations, ensuring events are properly set up and that staff is prepared and organized.
➢ Maintaining paperwork and records.
➢ Supervising all aspects of private dining and event operations.
